The Oceania Judo Union congratulates the Vanuatu Judo Federation on the signing of an agreement to build a new dojo within the Vanuatu Tennis Federation compound.
OJU Vice President Nazario Fiakaifonu shared the news on social media, describing it as “a major step forward for Judo in Vanuatu.” The project is planned for completion in 2026 and is expected to enhance youth development and training opportunities across the nation.
Fiakaifonu extended his thanks to the Vanuatu Tennis Federation, the Japanese Embassy, and the French Embassy for their support toward the new dojo project.
This development marks an important milestone for the continued growth of judo in Vanuatu and within the Oceania region.
